If your organization does not offer printing or simply does not have a thermal ticket printer, Ludus has you covered. "Tickets in the Mail" is a feature completely fulfilled by Ludus. You don't have to do anything more than have the feature enabled.
When turned on, patrons can choose to pay an additional $3.50 per order to have their tickets printed and sent directly to them at the address they input at checkout.
By default, this feature is turned on for your account. To disable/enable this feature in the future:
Click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your admin panel.
Click the tab titled Labs.
For the section titled Tickets in the Mail, click On or Off accordingly.

If you have this option enabled, patrons will have the ability to add this to their order up until 14 days before the actual event. This ensures adequate time for the tickets to arrive in the mail for your patrons. the entire process is handled by Ludus support and you don't have to worry about a single step of the process.
