If a patron pays to have souvenir tickets sent to them in the mail (processed and sent by Ludus) these can take 10-15 days to arrive and are mailed out around 15 days before the event.

For example, if tickets are ordered in April for an event at the beginning of July, they may not be mailed out until June.
