In an increasingly digital world, it is still nice to receive physically printed tickets as a memento of the experience. If your organization does not offer printing or simply does not have a thermal ticket printer, Ludus has you covered. "Tickets in the Mail" is a feature completely fulfilled by Ludus. You don't have to do anything more than have the feature enabled.

When turned on, patrons will choose to pay an additional $3.50 per order to have their tickets printed and sent directly to them at the address they input at checkout.

 - We can re-send the tickets if lost in the mail. Additionally, 

 is able to send digital tickets to the patron.

By default, this feature is turned on for your account. To disable/enable this feature in the future:

, patrons will have the ability to add this to their order up until 14 days before the actual event. This ensures adequate time for the tickets to arrive in the mail for your patrons. The entire process is handled by Ludus support, and you don't have to worry about a single step of the process.
