Reports
There are many reporting capabilities within Ludus. Each one serves a different purpose based on what information you are trying to see and how you prefer it to be laid out. You can pull reports that are account-wide or specific to one event, class, etc. Check out the brief description below to learn what each report is best for.
While all of the reports listed below can be pulled account-wide, many can be viewed for a specific event, collection, or class. This allows you to zero in on the data you need very easily. To do so, go to the desired event and click Reports next to the title. There are additional instructions and breakdowns in the help articles listed below.
Below is a quick description of the reports available on your Ludus admin panel. To learn more, click the blue, bolded title on each bullet point.
- Reporting Dashboard - The dashboard displays a high-level overview of recent sales along with an area chart displaying sales.
- Summary Report - The Summary Report is best for viewing all collected money, payment type (cash, credit, comp), and the channel that money came through (events, passes, gift cards). Also see a breakdown of "self-serve" online sales versus box office sales, and what each user did in box office sales. This is the "go-to report" and will be most helpful to give an overview of your account.
