Patrons CRM is the home of your patron database as well as other customer relationship management (CRM) tools within Ludus.

The Patron feature in Ludus was created to make tracking and updating your patron database as simple as possible. 

Every time a patron interacts with your site, they are added as a new patron, or their patron record is updated. So if they purchase a ticket, that will show on their patron profile. If they want to purchase a pass or maybe they donate, those will appear on their patron profile as well!

Ludus was built for the performing arts by people who care about them, and we want to make your life easier. The Patrons feature in Ludus has so many amazing extras, including:
