Patrons CRM is the home of your patron database as well as other customer relationship management (CRM) tools within Ludus.
Tools that you will find in the Patrons area include:
- Database: This is your full patron database. This is also where you will import or add pagrons.
- Audiences: Build your Audience for Marketing emails.
- Patron Tags: Create and Manage Tags for groups of patrons
- Households: Create and manage Household relationships when there are multiple patron accounts in a family.
CRM Features include:
- Nicknames: The ability to record your patron's Nicknames (Admin only)
- Account Owners: Used to assign your administrators to certain accounts. Often used for fundraising contact or if you want to have a specific admin that takes care of a patron.
