Managing and Un-Archiving Archived Items
You may find that you want to review your settings on a show you did two years ago that you have archived. Or perhaps you made a mistake and archived something that you were not done with. Ludus makes it easy to locate and bring back that information. This process is referred to as restoring items.
Locating your archived Events, Collections, or Classes can be done by scrolling to the bottom of the Events Page, Or the Collections pages and clicking the View Archived Events button.
NOTE: The button will be labeled View Archived Collections for the Collections / Classes pages.
Clicking the button will take you to the list of all your Archived Events, or Collections/Classes. There is a Search option at the top so you can search by title if you wish.
Once you have located your event or collection/class. You can see Reports or access settings from the same buttons you normally would use if the item wasn't archived.
If you wish to Un-archive the item you can do so by clicking More, next to your event, or Options, next to a collection or class. and then select Recover.
To recover an Archived Event time on a current event. Click on the Show Archived Event Times drop-down listed directly under the last event time.
Next, select Options and Recover to restore the event time.

To locate an Archived Fundraiser scroll to the bottom of the Fundraiser page and click on the View Archived Fundraiser button to view and review past fundraisers.
You will now see all fundraisers that have been Archived. You can view all the same data on the archived fundraiser that is available on a current fundraiser.
To recover an archived Fundraiser click Options next to the Fundraiser and then select Recover.

Archived fundraising levels can be found by clicking the View Archived Levels button on the Levels Page within Fundraising. These can be recovered by clicking Options and selecting Recover, next to the level.
Fundraising Categories will show as Deleted on the Categories page. However, they are also recoverable. These will show in a Deleted Categories section on the Categories page. Simply click Reover to re-activate the Categorie.
Archiving these items will not remove the levels or categories that donations were made towards in the past.


If you find yourself wanting to revisit a prior Marketing Campaign you can do so by clicking the View Archived Campaigns button located at the bottom of the campaign page.
On the archived Campaigns page you can view the activity log for the campaign or Recover the campaign by clicking Options below the campaign and selecting Recover.
It is possible to recover an archived seat chart by navigating to the Seating Chart area located under More, on the top navigation bar and clicking View Archived Charts located at the bottom of the page.
On the Archived seat chart page you can click on the 3 dots to the right of the chart and select Un-Archive to make it useable again.
Archived passes can be recovered for any reason by clicking View Archived Passes at the bottom of the passes page. Simply click Recover to the right of the pass you would like to recover.
It is possible to recover Volunteer Opportunities that were Archived if need be.
To recover an archived Opportunity, scroll down to the bottom of the Opportunities page and click on View Archived Opportunities.
Select More to the right of the Opportunity you wish to recover and select Recover to restore it.
To recover an Archived Shift from an Active Opportunity select Show Archived Shifts, which is located just below all the shifts for that opportunity and click Options then click Recover to restore the shift.
Forms that have been archived can be recovered to use again if desired. To do so Select View Archived Forms from the Forms area. (More, on the top Navigation, then Forms)
Select the Form you wish to recover and click the Recover button to the right of it to make it active again.
