In addition to your Ludus Admin Panel, we have a mobile app available for download on iOS and Android devices. These are optional tools that make things even easier for both you and your patrons.
Patrons themselves never have to download an app to complete their purchase. These apps are solely for admins to operate the day-of box office functionality.
What does the app do?
The Ludus app has three main functions:
- Ticket Scanning/Check-In - Instead of needing to purchase any additional ticket scanners, you can turn any mobile device (such as a phone or tablet) into a top-tier ticket scanning tool. Utilize the camera on the device or our Check-In list to make verifying tickets a breeze and speed up your lines
- Connecting to Mobile Reader - While there is no additional equipment needed to make a sale within Ludus, we do offer additional equipment to help speed up your in-person box office sales and increase the variety of ways your patrons can pay for a purchase. Our Mobile Readers utilize the mobile app to create a secure connection for your in-person sales.
- Retail - Retail is exclusive to the App, and through this function you can process sales for other items (listed in Retail). To learn more about this feature, check out Concessions or reach out to Customer Support with any questions.
