The patron history tab, located on a patron's profile is where you can see a list of items related to the patron.

This information can be helpful if a patron has called about an order, or if you have questions about who made a change to the account. Or even if they received a marketing email.

The following action items are reported on the patron's history.:

  • Cart Activity:
    • Added tickets to a cart: Includes the number of tickets.
    • Abandoned Cart: Generally following an "Added Tickets to a cart" message. Indicates the purchase was not completed and that an email was sent to bring them back to create and complete an order
    • Abandoned Success: Indicates that the patron used the link in the Abandoned Cart Email to complete an order.
    • Placed Order: Indicates a successful order of an event, collection, or class was placed and how (Online vs. Box Office)
    • Placed Pass Order: shows the passcode and pass name as well as how purchased (Box Office / Online)
    • Transferred items: Lists when an item is transferred by the patron with old and new order ID along with the email of the patron it was transferred to.
    • Donated: Showing amount and how processed (Online vs. Box Office)

  • Patron Profile Activity:
    • Edited Patron info: indicates that the patron information was updated and by which Admin.
    • Relationship Created
    • Relationship Edited
    • Relationship Deleted
    • Patron Merged
    • Edited Own Info
  • Membership related:
    • Received Membership Renewal
    • Received "Payment Info Needed" email for membership renewal
  • Marketing Items:
    • Subscribed/Unsubscribed: Will appear any time the status is changed, and state if an admin made the change
    • Received Email: shows when a marketing or automation email was received by the patron and the name of the email.
    • Opened Email: includes the email subject and time.
    • Clicked Link in Email
    • Bounced: Lists when an email bounces.
