Public Volunteer Page

On the below page is your Call To Action message (see Volunteer Settings) along with the Signup button for new volunteers.

Existing Volunteers will sign in via the button at the top of the page.

Additionally, any opportunity that you have set as active will appear to select.



Before being able to sign up for a shift a person must sign up to be a volunteer from this page by clicking the Sign Up Button on the Volunteer Public page. Alternatively, an Admin can sign up someone as a volunteer from the Admin-facing Volunteer page.

Prospects that click to sign up will be asked for basic information to create a profile as well as any questions you may have added with a form (see Volunteer Settings)

They will also be prompted to select which of the roles they are interested in.

Your volunteers can log in to their volunteer records via the My Account link on your public pages. This also happens when they click Sign in to Volunteer for any of the shifts you have posted.

Once logged in, your volunteers will see their normal patron account along with a new Volunteering section on the right which allows them to see the volunteer profile which shows their number of upcoming shifts and hours volunteered (if active).

When they click the View My Profile button, it will take them to the Volunteer Profile page which lists upcoming shifts, new opportunities to sign up for as well as hours served, if you are tracking those.
