Reissue a paper check payout

Once a check is requested, it takes around 5-10 business days to reach your location. This might take slightly longer if USPS is experiencing any delays. You can track your check progress at any time from the check details page.

If you have not yet received your check, you can have Ludus reissue it.
To do so:
From the top navigation bar, click Reports -> Proceeds.
From the sent check log, click the check you'd like to view.
On the subsequent page, you will see a yellow notice. If it is past the suggested date, you can click Reissue Check.
