Ticket Retrieval Options

There are multiple ways patrons can retrieve their tickets after placing their orders — these options can be turned on/off by you when adding or editing events.

Tickets include your event's name, venue info, patron's name, ticket price, ads and graphics you upload, a QR code for scanning via the Ludus Access Control app (or your scanning device), and more.

To limit patrons' options for retrieval, navigate to your events settings page (More --> Settings). In the "Retrieval" section, you will deselect any options you'd like to remove.

Retrieval Options

Patrons can click "Will Call" to mark their tickets for "Will Call" pickup on the day of the event (or whenever your box office pickup hours are). You'll receive a Will Call list of all tickets needing pickup. Once Will Call is selected, a patron cannot print or receive their tickets digitally.
