Patrons can choose to unsubscribe/opt out of Marketing emails that are sent through Ludus. When they do this, it will remove them from your mailing lists and audiences. This removal also includes tags. 

While the patron will still have a Tag attached to their profile, they will NOT be included in the tagged audience when a Marketing email is sent out. So if you have 25 patrons in a tagged audience and one opts out, only 24 patrons will receive that email.
