Process a donation

whether you have a patron call in or send in a check/cash, you might need to manually enter that donation from your admin panel luckily, this is super simple to do within ludus navigate to fundraising > donations click new donation choose which type of payment you will process (use other for any custom payment methods you have set up suggested article add other payment options docid mwzykoxhneqzj6sqnrio fill out any patron information and click proceed to payment details (or collect if it is cash, check, etc ) note the memo field, if used, will appear in the patron's email confirmation note as an admin, you can also choose whether to send a confirmation email or if the patron wants to cover processing fees (credit transactions only) to determine, select the checkboxes at the bottom of the form
