When can I contact Ludus support?
Ludus is a small team, but our #1 motto is to offer friendly, proactive support.
Our official support hours are:
Monday to Friday - Hours: 9am - 8pm EST - Live Chat Availability
Monday to Friday - Hours: 8pm - 10pm EST - Urgent Needs
Saturday - Hours: 9am - 10pm EST
Sunday - Hours: 11am - 7pm EST
We typically respond within a few minutes of receiving your message, but sometimes, it may take a little longer depending on the day or type of request.
We read every message that comes in. If you write in after hours for non-emergency support, you can expect that we'll respond to your message at the beginning of the next day.
If we receive an emergency message like, "Help, I can’t process any sales!" then we'll make every effort to respond outside of our support hours. Otherwise, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Support from real people is great, and it also means that we're humans with families, friends, dinners, etc., just like you!
We also keep track of when events are happening and are always on call if you truly need us.
