Live Chat Support
One of the hallmark features within Ludus is our live chat support. We pride ourselves on our friendly, proactive support. With an average response time of 2 minutes or less, you never have to worry about getting the assistance you need. Simply write into our chat, click a few buttons to let us know which area you'd like assistance with, and you will be connected to a live representative from our Customer Success team who will be happy to assist.
In the bottom right-hand corner of your Ludus admin panel, there is a black circle. Click that icon.
Navigate to the Messages tab. From there, you can either continue a previous chat from the list above or start a new chat by clicking Send us a message.
For new chats, choose the area of support that best fits your needs so that we may route you to the best representative. If this is an emergency (there is something prohibiting you from making ticket sales), click Emergency Help.
Our official support hours are from 9 AM - 10 PM EST every day of the week. We typically respond within a few minutes of receiving your message, but sometimes, it may take a little longer depending on the day or type of request.
We read every message that comes in. If you write in after hours for non-emergency support, you can expect that we'll respond to your message at the beginning of the next day.
If we receive an emergency message like, "Help, I can’t process any sales!" then we'll make every effort to respond outside of our support hours. Otherwise, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Support from real people is great, and it also means that we're humans with families, friends, dinners, etc., just like you!
We also keep track of when events are happening and are always on call if you truly need us.
