Update Direct Deposit Info
As time passes, you might need to change the information for your direct deposits. To do so through Ludus.
Click the Settings wheel icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Navigate to the Payments tab.
Click Edit Direct Deposit Info.
Enter the code sent to the phone number that was used when setting up the direct deposits originally. If you no longer have access to that number or email, check out this article. Suggested Article: Unable to log into Stripe Account
Click on the person icon on the top right of the screen and locate Payout Details.
Click Edit to open the payouts information. Select either Bank Account or Debit Card. (The option you currently use will be pre-selected)
- If you are switching from Bank account to Debit card, enter the card number and Save to update, then Confirm the change.
- If you are changing from a Debit card to a Bank account you will be asked to verify the existing card number or to verify your identity via facial recognition. Once that is complete you can select "Add a bank account" from the link below your current card listed. Alternatively you can update the account by clicking Add Bank account from the Settings screen under Payout details. Add your new account and Save and Confirm.
- If you are just changing from one bank account to another you can select Bank Account and then click to Edit the account Or elect to Link to another account. Be sure to Save and Confirm
Add your new account and Save and Confirm.
