Accessing your Stripe Express ...

Information available within Ludus Stripe Express (Direct Deposit)

Admins of your Stripe Express account can log in to the Stripe account and update and view certain information.

Once logged in Stripe account admins are able to do the following:

  • Access the Stripe help center.
  • Contact Stripe Express Support.
  • View the Account Dashboard:
    • View and Respond to any information requests needed by Stripe for your account.
    • Export Transactions / Payouts.
    • View the account balances, any amounts on hold as well as funds in transfer.
  • Access your account details and settings.



Account Settings

To access the account details and settings click on the person silhouette in the upper right corner of the screen.

Once you have clicked on the silhouette the following information is available to view / edit.

  • Authentication details: Email and Mobile Number used for the current logged in User.
  • Language Preference
  • Platform Settings: You can name the account. Does not change it in Ludus.
  • Team Members: Allows adding additional users to your team on the Ludus Stipe Express account. We highly recommend having a backup user.
  • Professional Details: This is where you can update your website info used to create the account should you change URL's. (For Stripe verification only)
  • Public Details: Allows you to edit both your long descriptions and short descriptions that patrons see on their statements.
  • Personal Details: Allows updating the account owner.
  • Payout Details: Allows updating deposit information.
