Unable to log into Stripe Account

If you're trying to log in to edit details on your direct deposits, but have lost the ability to check the phone number or email originally used at set up, check out the drop-downs below.

No longer have access to the phone number used at set up

If you no longer have access to the phone number that was originally used for your Stripe connection, click I no longer have access to this phone number at the bottom of the screen.

Stripe will then send a code to the email that was used at setup.

If you do not have access to either verification source, this gets a little trickier. You will want to contact Stripe Support by clicking the Contact Support link on the verification screen. You will be asked to provide multiple verification documents showing ownership or connection to the bank account and organization info on file.

Alternatively, if your Ludus processing account has a $0 balance and you would like to simply start over from scratch, let the Ludus Support team know and we can reset your proceeds account so you can re-enter your deposit info.
