What happens if I request to refund a patron's fees?

While purchases can be refunded from your Ludus account (see Refund or Release an Order ), fees are not automatically refunded to the patron.

When patrons purchase tickets, they agree to our refund policy before completing their order: "Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of (your group's name). All Ludus application/convenience fees are non-refundable."

If you wish to refund those fees, your organization will be absorbing those fees (covering them) instead.

To refund those fees, you can reach out to Live Chat Support and request that. Again, if that is requested, those will be absorbed by your organization and you will be covering the fees.
