Ludus has recently launched a new mobile app for organization staff and users to collect payments using Bluetooth terminal hardware securely.

We recognize that many programs have volunteers and non-administrator staff working the box office and ticket sales. We also realize that remembering complex usernames, passwords, and organization subdomains is not always easy! Therefore, we have designed a secure login feature that will allow your various Ludus admins to access a temporary access code and account secret for a seamless and simple mobile login.

You can locate the mobile access codes from your admin panel. It is located under More, on the top navigation bar, then Mobile Apps. If you click this icon on the menu, you will be taken to a page that very clearly displays the temporary "Access Code" and "Account Secret"

In order to log in with these credentials, you will need to download the "Ludus Mobile Terminal" from the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, you'll be prompted to log in via Access Codes - or you can choose a username and password alternative.



These codes will reset every 24 hours automatically. We will also have a special "admin only" functionality where you can manually reset these codes on-demand.
