Flex Passes
Flex Passes are used when flexibility is a top priority. Typically used for things like a season subscription, a flex pass allows a patron to purchase a code that they can use throughout the season to redeem tickets to eligible events. Additionally, you can attach perks and special pricing/discounts for ticket sales after they use the tickets preloaded on the pass. You can add eligible events/event times as the season goes on to provide maximum flexibility.

How patrons redeem their Flex Pass
Once a Flex Pass has been purchased, the patron will receive a code.

This code can then be entered either before or after patrons add tickets to the cart on the patron side.
If the patron ever forgets or can't locate their code, they can click Forgot Code from the Sign In box. There, they can enter the email associated with the pass and receive the code via email.
Then, if patrons have eligible tickets in their cart, they can click Apply My Pass to Tickets.
Choose which tickets they'd like to apply to the pass and click Done.
If they have any remaining tickets after applying their pass, they will pay for them to complete their order. If all tickets in the cart are covered by the pass, they will not have any charge, and can click Place your order.
