Add/Edit Student Registration Form

2min

The Student Profile form is completely customizable. You can choose which questions are asked, whether they are required or not, and which types of registrations they are asked on (Adult versus Under 18). The Student Registration Form comes with ten default questions: First Name, Last Name, Email, Date of Birth, Allergies, Accommodations, Medications, Photo Permission, Comments, and Grade. Check out the drop-downs below to learn more about customizing the registration form.

While looking at the available questions through Ludus you might have additional questions you would like added that are not available. These questions can be easily customized and added through the Student's feature Settings.

  1. Go to More (at the top of the admin panel) -> Students -> Settings (on the Students tab).
  2. From here you will see the screen that has Student Credit, Student Credit Noun, and what you will be editing - the Student Registration Form.
  3. Select "+Add New Field" and from here you will be able to create and save your customized question for students.

  2. Scroll to the section titled "Student Registration Form".
  3. Next to each question on the Form you will see a pencil icon that can be clicked. When selected you can choose the age range for the question as well as if it is Required/Option. You can also choose to make it an admin-only question (not available for patrons).
