Your account subdomain is the part that comes before ".ludus.com" for your ticketing portal. Unless you are using the embed widget, this will the the URL that patrons can always come to and view your available tickets, classes, donation page, etc.

When the account is first set up, you will choose your subdomain. To make a change to your subdomain, please contact our customer success team by using the live chat feature (found in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen) or emailing support@ludus.com
