Create an Account
Creating an account with Ludus couldn't be easier. Within Ludus, there are no complex configurations or annoying waiting periods. You can create your new account in just minutes.
To create an account, go to Ludus.com and click Get Started for Free.
If you were referred to us by an existing Ludus user, please use the referral from that group so that we can give credit to them for the referral!
Answer a quick question about your organization to help us determine your group's general classification.
Enter your Group's name.
Enter a Custom URL you would like to use.
Note: We suggest that you not use an event name such as: achorusline24 or a very long name. Instead, we recommend using an abbreviation of your group name or something easy to remember. You will be logging in by going to whatever domain name you choose.
Provide a City and State and click Continue.
Next, you will be asked to create a login for your account. Be sure to select an organization that you are affiliated with if that applies. Check the Captcha box and click Continue.
Congratulations! You have now created your new Ludus account! You will be redirected to the login screen for your account. Be sure to bookmark your URL as this is where you will log in as an administrator.
Now that you have created your account, a few things need to be done before you can begin selling.
When you log in you will be taken to the Events page. At the top of this page, you will see a yellow banner stating your account needs to be verified. Click the Verify Now button to proceed with verification. This will send an email to your registered email address with a code to enter. Simply enter that code in the modal window that opens and enter.
After you verify the email you can begin to set up your first event. Simply click Add Event to get a step-by-step walk-through.
After adding your first event, you will be asked to set up a Proceeds Option. If you are wanting to do paper checks you can set that up right away. Direct Deposit is available once your account has been reviewed by our account team. If you want to do direct deposit and its not currently available to you, feel free to reach out to our support team via the chat bubble in the lower right of your admin page. Once the team has reviewed your account and your event is created you will be able to go live with sales.
