Edit seating chart legend
We understand that sometimes a generic label for seating type doesn't match your ticket price, and can cause confusion within patrons. Luckily, we've made this easy to change within the Seating Chart Editor.
Select the More dropdown → choose Seating Charts → and click Edit beside your seating chart. Then, within the Legend, click the Pencil button (on the far right). Enter the new labels for your seating types, and be sure to Save when done. Once saved your updated Labels will appear on the patron and admin side for that specific seating chart!
It is important to not use special characters such as "&" in your legend. Saving a legend with these types of characters will result in an error. If this happens the chart can be recovered from the last saved version by using Recovery located under the 3 dots on the seating chart page.
