Patron Tipping in Retail

if you choose to enable tipping on your account under retail (at the top of your account) > settings > general settings , this will appear on your device during the retail purchase process regarding what patrons can or cannot tip on (only in retail), you can enable it for either donations or retail items (or both, if desired) note under retail (at the top of your account) > reports > tips (report), you can view any tips that have been accepted through the mobile app and retail how will tipping look on the mobile app? when you log into your mobile app , you will see a few options along the bottom bar you will want to select "retail," which will display all retail items currently available from here, you will select the item that they wish to purchase and add it to the cart once added, you will see the option to process the order at this point, you will want to select card ( as tips are only available if a patron is paying by card on the mobile reader ) once you select 'card', you will be able to input the tip amount and run the card through your mobile reader (when connected to the app) mobile readers docid\ bb dsewuukwbcbc4v9fqt sell a retail item docid 8ctaforiiaco12uwfhfyb retail reports docid\ nx5gvxhhwffwf3bmg8md2
