Policies

Policies in Ludus are a great way to let patrons know and give them the opportunity to agree to your venue's policies (whether those are group, venue, health, or whatever else you might need).



Enable/edit Policies

There are 3 types of Policies available in Ludus - General Policies, Refund and Exchange Policy, and COVID-19 Social Contract. Once toggled to "on" these policies will show up for patrons and they will be required to acknowledge them prior to check-out.

In order to edit these policies you will want to go to Settings (⚙️ at the top of your admin panel) -> Policies. From here you can edit the default language in the Refund and Exchange Policy and COVID-19 Social Contract or add your own information and guidelines to any of them.
