in the ludus mobile app, the tabs at the bottom of the screen allow you to navigate through the different functions the app has to manage check in for your event, use the scanner tab what does the scanner tab do? the scanner tab is the best place to manage all of the check ins for your event from the tab, you will have four options along the top check ins view which patrons have been checked in and how many have not add ons manage the fulfillment of add ons docid\ fsorlxr7fwbl1u8 jtc58 for your event retail sell items like concessions retail docid\ nzlviselx8adfaenybykm patrons search patrons by name to check in manually scanner use the camera on a device to scan codes on printed and digital tickets note each area within the scanner tab comes with the ability to choose which event time you are managing when you are on any of the above tabs, you can click change event to choose a different event/event time check out the drop down menus below to learn more about each section check ins the check ins section on the scanner is a great way to see a quick look at how many patrons have been checked in and how many have yet to do so below you can search to see if a specific patron has been checked in simply type the name into the "search check ins" box to do so note if you want to sort through a full list of patrons (both checked in and not), we recommend using the "patrons" tab at the top of the page restore a ticket to show as not checked in these instructions assume you are on the scanner tab within the ludus box office app and have already selected the proper event and event time that you need to reverse a check in on occasionally you may find that you checked in a ticket that should not have been the following steps allow you to reverse the check in so you can check that ticket in later click the patrons tab to open the list of all patrons for this event time tickets that have been checked in will show a green check mark rather than a check in button click on the patrons name to open the checked in tickets click the red for the ticket to mark as not checked in this will open a message that allows you to reverse the checked in ticket you will then be taken back to the patrons tab and you can verify that the ticket has been marked as not checked in add ons if you have sold add ons for a show, you can utilize the add ons tab to manage fulfillment when you are on the tab, you can search for the patron by name to fulfill the order, check the box next to their name note when a patron purchases an add on, they will also receive a qr code/barcode just like they would with any other ticket to an event if you scan this code from the scanner tab, the add on will immediately be marked as fulfilled retail see retail docid\ nzlviselx8adfaenybykm and retail and the ludus mobile app docid\ u4dqjtsnhkzxdrrivghoh for more information on this section as well as the setup! patrons the patrons tab within the scanning tool allows you to search for and sort through a full list of patrons for your event this makes it incredibly simple to check in patrons who forgot or can't find their printed or digital tickets look up a patron use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a patron by name additionally, you can use the options menu beneath the search bar to sort the list differently manually check in a patron once you have located the patron from the list, you can check them in without needing them to show their tickets click check in next to their name and from the next screen, click which of their tickets you'd like to check in click select all to quickly choose all tickets on their order view patron notes and accessibility details if a patron on your list has any internal notes on their profile or any accessibility details, there will be a " !
