Ludus is a 100% automated system, meaning that as sales come in, your proceeds are instantly collected and sent to you, allowing you to sit back and relax. 

You do not have to manage a separate payment account — we handle everything for you

There are two ways for you to receive your proceeds:

: Have your proceeds directly deposited into a bank account daily, weekly, or monthly. (No additional fees. We cover CC fees using the Ludus convenience fee, so you always receive the full face value of your tickets.)

: Have a paper check sent to you at the end of your event.

 - Regardless of which method you choose, there are never any fees to receive your proceeds—no hidden fees or surprises. You choose the method that works best for you and let Ludus take care of the rest.

Your proceeds will be deposited per the schedule you chose (daily, weekly, or monthly). To see your direct deposit option, go to 

 in your admin panel and it'll give you an estimate of when to expect your next proceeds payout.

If you're receiving a check at the end of your event

 button beneath your event to request a payout. Your proceeds check will then be processed and mailed via USPS First Class mail.
