Ludus is a 100% automated system, meaning that as sales come in, your proceeds are instantly collected and sent to you, allowing you to sit back and relax. You do not have to manage a separate payment account — we handle everything for you.

There are two main ways to receive your proceeds within Ludus. One of which is direct deposits. Should you go this route, you can choose the frequency at which funds are deposited into your account (daily, weekly, or monthly). There are no additional fees. We cover credit card processing fees using the Ludus convenience fee, so you always receive the full face value of your tickets. 

 - There is no fee for receiving a direct deposit. Both check and direct deposits are free to receive.

 - If you wish to receive proceeds AFTER an event is concluded (instead of daily, weekly, or monthly) please contact 

 to have Manual Deposits set up for your account. It is recommended this be done BEFORE sales are live.
