Request paper check payout

Some checks within Ludus are sent automatically or on a monthly basis

Paper check schedule

  • Tickets revenue is mailed upon request once your event is complete
  • Collections revenue is mailed upon request once the set payment deadline is hit
  • Classes revenue is mailed upon request once the last class time has passed
  • Donation proceeds are automatically mailed on the 1st of every month
    • If needed, an early payout for donations CAN be requested.
  • Pass proceeds are automatically mailed on the 1st of every month
    • If needed, an early payout for passes CAN be requested.
  • Gift Card proceeds are automatically mailed on the 1st of every month
    • If needed, an early payout for gift cards CAN be requested.

Requesting a check for Events, Collections, and Classes

For events, collections, and classes, you will have a blue banner that appears once the last time/deadline has passed. Whenever you are ready to receive those proceeds:

Verify that the information is accurate for your payout method. To view your check payout methods, click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) --> Payments.

If you have multiple check options on your account, you will want to verify which option is attached to the particular event/collection/class. Suggested Article: Set alternative check methods per event/donation/etc.

Click Request Funds from the blue banner below your event/collection/class.

Request early payout

There may be certain circumstances where you'd like to receive your currently accumulated ticket proceeds before the event is over. To request an early check payout for the current proceeds, please contact customer support by emailing [email protected] or using the live chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
