Restrict access for Class Fees

not all fees are for everyone! there may be instances where you wish to have fees that can only be chosen by your admin/box office staff or, maybe you want to have a special price hidden for pass holders or vips luckily, this is super easy to achieve within ludus to get started, you will want to edit your fees settings (click collections > classes > pricing > fees > edit ) then, there will be a section titled "access" there, you can choose whether you'd like this fee to be public for "everyone", limited to "pass holders", or restricted to "admins only" check out the sections below to learn more specifics have a fee available to everyone when you create a fee, it is automatically available for everyone no action is needed to keep it that way! have a fee restricted to internal/admin use only let's say you have a discounted rate that you want to process internally by one of your admins you can select "admins only" under the "access" menu, and then that specific fee will only appear for transactions done from your admin panel; it will not appear publicly have a fee unlock for pass holders as a bonus perk for your pass holders, you might want to have a special fee unlock once they log in as a pass holder to set this up, choose "pass holders" under the "access" section then, once they are logged in as a pass holder, they will automatically see that special fee unlock no extra codes are needed! your internal admins will also be able to select this price as needed have a passcode to send to patrons to unlock hidden prices maybe you have an assortment of vips or special users outside of pass holders for whom you want to give special pricing the catch is that you want them to be able to access this price on their own online ludus has you covered here when editing a fee, scroll down and click advanced options then, next to the section titled "special passcode", click the box for "enable special passcode" and type the code you'd like to use once you have given this special code to the appropriate patrons, they will go to register just like normal, and then click the box that says special passcode they can type in the passcode and the hidden price will unlock
