Turn Your Event On and Off
Once your event is set up, ticket prices added, and event times are listed, you are ready to go live with ticket sales. As an admin, you can control when you make ticket sales available to the public by turning your event On and Off.
Note: Regardless of whether your event is on or off or in coming soon mode (or not), you can always sell tickets via your admin panel. On and Off is a status for public sales.
When you create your event initially, it will be set to "Off" so that you can make any adjustments and finish setting it up before pushing it live. You can easily view the status as an event that is "off" will have the title appear in red, and you will see a red Off button next to the title.
To turn the event on, there are two options:
- Click the red Off button to toggle sales "On"
- Next to the event name, click More --> Turn On.
To remove an event from public view (i.e., turn it "Off"), go to the event listing on your admin panel and click More --> Turn Off. The event title will now appear in red, and you will see a big red "Off" button.

You can also automate turning your event "On" to the general public. For this, you will want to utilize Triggers on your event. Check out this article to learn more. Suggested Article: Set Triggers on an Event
