Same-Seat Passes are only available with a season ticket and are a great way for your patrons to keep the same seats throughout your season. When a patron selects their seats with a season ticket (and this is enabled), they will only select their seats for the first event. All the other seats will be filled automatically, guaranteeing their locations throughout the season.

When can I enable and use Same-Seat Passes?

These can be enabled and set up by the customer support team at the start of your season. They are only available for season tickets, and not flex passes or memberships.

Can Same-Seat Passes be used with Pass Renewals?

Yes! If your pass renewals are for season tickets and you wish to continue using the same-seat setup, you can do so. Again, be sure to reach out to the customer support team, as they can help set up your Renewals and the settings for Same-Seat Passes.
