at ludus, we truly listen to our customers, and we always want there to be an open door for ideas and feedback through ludus pulse, you can share feedback and react to other customers' feedback ludus pulse is a collaborative space where you can view recommendations, but you can also keep track of your requests/ideas view what's new in the product see the status of recommendations on pulse, including > what is open (submitted, but not being looked at yet) what is under review (being looked into) what is planned (on the product roadmap) what is in progress (currently being created) what is completed (the recommendation/idea has been added to the product) what is closed (the item was resolved) how do i access pulse? accessing ludus pulse is simple, and there are three main ways to access and contribute ideas ludus dropdown the first way to access ludus pulse is when you are signed into your admin panel if you go to the ludus (top left corner) > and click , you will see pulse as an option in the dropdown you can then select pulse to be brought to the site chat widget another way to access the widget is through the chat widget/box at the bottom right corner of your admin panel once you open the widget, you will scroll through the available items to ludus pulse when you select this, it will bring up pulse for you! pulse web address you can access pulse is through the url https //ludus com/pulse https //ludus com/pulse note you must already be signed into your ludus account to access the url the “?” you will select the “?” (top right) → select pulse
