Sell a Retail Item
To sell a Retail Item, you will need to have the Ludus Box Office App on your device.
Note - Head over to Ludus Box Office to learn more about the app and how to download and sign into that.
Note - At this time, all Retail Sales take place via the app and not on the Admin Panel.
Start by logging into your Ludus Box Office App.
Once logged in, select Retail at the bottom of your app (along the menu bar).
On The Retail Tab, you will be able to:
- Select the Group you are selling as
- Sell Items
- Connect to a Printer (if needed)
- View Transactions
To sell an Item, select Sell Items.
Once Items have been selected (including any Options or Variants of the Items), you can select Review Sale.
On the Review for the sale, you can add:
- A Patron
- A Discount
- A Donation
Select Process Order to bring up the payment screen.
On the Payment Screen, you will see the final numbers for the sale, and you can run the sale as:
- Card (with the Mobile Reader or Manually)
- Cash
- Gift Card
- Comp
Note - If your Mobile Reader is not connected, or you do not have a Mobile Reader, the Credit Card information can be entered manually via the text at the bottom.
